PURPOSE

The goal of Christian care and coaching is to help people gain or regain a sense of hope for their life that is found in Jesus Christ alone. A client may think that the use of scripture is the only component to a session; however; Christian coaches use both the disciplines of theology as well as psychology to help define and achieve client goals.

First, I want you to know I am deeply passionate about Jesus and what I do. It's a privilege to sit in a room with another human being and have them share with you their suffering, their joy, their anger, their confusion, their sorrow, their successes.

I view the coaching environment as a sacred space, where one can truly be themselves, with no judgment, no criticism, only understanding. I approach coaching with optimism and hope. I challenge people to open themselves up to change and personal growth by increasing their awareness around their thought processes, their patterns of functioning and their relationship with Christ and others.

I have a degree in Christian Ministries from Asbury University in Wilmore, KY. I received my Life Coach certification from the International Board of Christian Counselors and am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and International Christian Coaching Association.
